What would you love to have ideally? What are your bare necessities? What are your expectations? What questions do you have for us? With every introduction, we set clear expectations that we will strive to meet with every service thereafter.
Maintaining Great Relationships
So often we hear about clients receiving mediocre or poor service from other cleaning companies. But why does this happen? Even if a service relationship starts out great, it can easily fall apart if there is no follow through and communication. Even if we consistently meet the expectations we set to begin with, what if your needs change after the first meeting? You need a cleaning company that can adapt to your changing needs. We care about our clients and provide follow up calls and meetings throughout our service contracts to make sure you are still receiving top-notch service. We love feedback!
